You can, for example ask the robot to clean the kitchen and the living room thoroughly but leave the bedroom to itself. The S1 Pro's front collision sensors and smart navigation tech are excellent too and the robot is capable of detecting small obstacles that other models struggle with. The only issue it has is that it tends to hit objects and walls at full speed. However, just a glance at the cleaning history in the app tells you exactly what it's doing, where it's going and what obstacles it's avoided. The docking station has an LCD display that indicates the time when maintenance is required, such as emptying debris and cleaning the water tank that is dirty. It's also capable of mixing detergent automatically into the water tank, with a 600ml bottle of the eufy's solution. Both the S1 Pro vacuum and mop have plenty of run-time as well, with the mop being able to operate for up to 184 minutes in quiet mode, while the vacuum is capable of running for 136 minutes in normal mode before needing to recharge or return to the base to replenish. The app is easy to use and intuitive, allowing you to see every aspect of the cleaning. 2. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the latest version of Roborock's top-of-the-line robot mop and vacuum, is the most recent version. In contrast to the model of last year this one has a double agitator in its mopping pad, which greatly improves carpet cleaning capabilities. The S8 Pro Ultra has an improved suction capacity which allows it to pick up finer hairs and other debris other robotic cleaners may miss. This Roborock model, just like the other two I tested is equipped with infrared and 3D obstacle avoidance technology that helps it overcome obstacles like furniture, walls and other obstacles. However, the S8 Pro Ultra takes things an extra step by adding a dual camera which can detect objects and determine whether they're a wall or another type of surface. It is able to change its course automatically and clean around them without stumbling. It's the most expensive model I've tested however it also comes with the most features. Its sleek, angular design is eye catching and comes with three buttons that are physically accessible. The power button, which also restarts the cleaning mop function, a button for cleaning that doubles as a child-lock, and a home-button to take the robot to its dock. Lifting the hinged lid, you will find a 350ml dust bin and 200ml water tank. The water tank is self-emptying and the bin is auto-refilling. The only downside I've discovered with this model is that its VibraRise mop pad mount is not removable. While you can replace the mopping cloth (if needed) but it's a challenge to take off the mount itself for manual washing. I've observed that any carpet that the robot crosses will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener on mounts, which could cause scratches. The S8 Pro Ultra has a number of smart features that include support for Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Siri. You can configure and manage these through the Roborock app, which is also the home of its maps and advanced mopping settings. The app allows you to schedule cleanings, track battery life and component maintenance. You'll need to jump through some hoops to activate voice control on this model. It's a shame considering the performance otherwise. 3. Dreame X40 The Dreame X40 is an industry-leading robot vacuum and mop with incredible suction power, sophisticated mowing capabilities, and innovative features. Its clever design permits customized and efficient cleaning while reducing time. The X40 is the first robot vacuum cleaner to provide 12,000 Pascals of cleaning power, which makes it one of the best options available. affordable robot vacuum can clean up pet hair, crumbs and other dry debris. It comes with a mop of high quality that cleans hard floors without the use of pads. Additionally, the X40 is extremely quiet during it's operation, producing only occasional bursts of sound when switching between modes or when completing self-maintenance tasks. Another noteworthy feature is the X40's expandable and liftable side brush, that allows it to reach hard-to-reach corners and intimately clean furniture such as table and chair legs. It also allows the robot to get under furniture with a low profile, making it a great option for smaller apartments and condos with limited space. The side brush automatically swivels downwards when it detects wet spots, which is a nice touch that assists the X40 to avoid causing damage to floors by repeated back-andforth movements. Unlike some other robots that solely focus on one task, the X40 is capable of performing mopping and vacuuming simultaneously or separately. It can also be programmed to eliminate areas with carpets and mop only hard floors, or vice versa. It can be controlled using the Dreame app or with Alexa, Siri, and Google Home for a seamless voice-controlled operation. The app is user-friendly and easy to use, and the X40's smart features are a breeze to install. Users can program the X40 to clean at specific times, alter suction power and mode, look at mapping and floor plans, and manage mopping settings. The X40 will also keep track of its progress and notify you when it is finished. The X40 is easy to keep clean and has numerous features that make it a great option for busy families. The docking station will automatically cleans the dustbin and the mop pads, then refill them with fresh cleaning solution and water. It can also tell when the mop pad is full and alert you before it gets overflowing, reducing the requirement for manual maintenance. 4. L20 Ultra The L20 Ultra robot is one of the most expensive models on the market. However, it has many features that make it stand out. budget robot vacuum are equipped with a new feature called Smart DuoScrub. This utilizes two mops that are high-speed to clean floors more thoroughly than the traditional method, and it has a high maximum suction power of 7,000Pa. The L20 Ultra is also one of the most fashionable robots we've seen on market, sporting metallic and white colors that looks elegant and classy. It's heavier than the other two-in-1 robots on this list – at around 4kg however it's not overly heavy, and is sturdy and well-built. The mopping system is also well designed and the double-rotating mop works well on hard floors or in corners. They can even extend to 2mm of baseboards due to the MopExtend feature which is a nice addition.
